Case Study: Soho Wharf - Street Furniture Direct supply seating to all new neighbourhood in Birmingham

SOHO WHARF - BIRMINGHAM

The aim for Soho Wharf is to establish a fresh neighborhood in Birmingham, offering residences in diverse sizes alongside expansive public landscaping.

The project skirts along canals and features 650 one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 102 two and three-bedroom townhouses.

In addition the project has established new pedestrian and cycling pathways creating a direct route to the city center as well as providing new playground space for residents.

It is in these newly landscaped external spaces where SFD have supplied an extensive package of our Seating elements. Street Furniture Direct worked closely with Kilhan Construction to understand the specific requirements and delivered a robust range of Cruise benches clad with sustainably sourced European Redwood and treated with Teak Wood Stain.

The understated design complements both the contemporary architecture and the natural playground layout, offering seating for individuals to relax and enjoy the newly created green areas.
