Enhanced Security and coverage for cycle parking from Street Furniture Direct

After research into client requirements and market trends here at SFD we have expanded our cycle parking product range with 2 new shelters that offer greater security, space efficiency and value cycle parking.

The Martell Shelter

Our R&D team have been working on a value engineered and adaptable shelter that provides coverage for our double decker cycle racks as well as regular hooped cycle stands.
The Martell Shelter is available in 2 heights; 2mtr (holding 10 bikes) and 2.9mtr (holding 18 bikes) The design can also be utilised for waiting areas, entrances, walkways and smoking areas.

The roof features a mono pitch design that diverts rain water and can be clad in either corrugated steel or PET sheets to allow light transmission.

The Secure Voute Shelter

For enhanced bicycle safety we introduce the Secure Voute Shelter to our product range. With the rise of Ebikes making commuting more accessible and popularity of cycling leading to people investing fortunes into their hobby, having a higher level of security for cycle storage is now more important than ever.

The voute shelter is designed to add that extra level of security giving users the confidence to lock their bikes without risk of theft.

The Secure Voute Shelter features a steel frame clad in thick sheet steel combined with rectangular wire mesh. The barrelled roof features a 10mm anti-UV cellular polycarbonate with anti-intrusion reinforcements.
