PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand is wall mounted and can be used outside and indoors. Simply pull down the support beam and place your bike in, then simply rotate to maximise the space. The recommended fixings are M10 Bolts. The Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand is galvanised and Powder Coated Black.

Will hanging the bike by the front wheel on a Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand cause any damage to the bike?

No. All of our wall mounted cycle racks are made to prevent any damage to your bike. The Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand, holds the front wheel firmly and bicycles are designed to carry the weight of the rider and absorb the impact of riding over bumpy roads so the weight of the frame alone will not cause any damage to the wheels or frame.

Careful operation of the bike rack is advised though!

Yes, you can store your e-bike on a Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand, but be sure to check the cycle rack can accommodate the total weight of your e-bike. E-bikes are generally heavier than regular bikes due to their extra components.

Yes, you can lock your bike’s frame (as well as wheels) using your own chain, cable and/or D-lock.

Can I Install a “wall mounted cycle rack” to plaster board walls

We only recommend fixing a Swing Wall Mounted Bike Stand to plaster board if it is secured to metal studwork.

If you locate the metal studs, you can fix the brackets or cycle racks to these. The studs will accommodate much more weight and make it more secure for your wall.

You can also support your plaster board with timber battens.
